Code2040 is excited to announce that we're hosting the 2nd Annual Tech Trek this March! Tech Trek is an alternative Spring Break for Black and Latinx college students majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. It’s an all-expense paid trip to the Bay Area designed to engage you in creating the community you desire, to connect you with other Black and Latinx technologists, and to help you access tools to push your career in the direction of your dreams.

Through this application, we want to learn about who you are as a person, how you view your role in tech, and how you would participate in and contribute to our growing community. We purposely don’t ask for your resume, GPA or the list of clubs you’re a part of. Those can be a part of what you share with us, but we recognize that you are much more than any one data point. Thank you for considering joining what we’re building together.

Who: Black and Latina/o College Students
When: Saturday, March 18th - Sunday, March 26th
Cost: Free to students (including flights, hotel, food, entertainment)
Applications are due by January 31st, 2017 11:59PM PST. No late applications will be accepted.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please e-mail navkiran@CODE2040.org.
