Courtney "Coko" Eason
Courtney "Coko" Eason is a music and entertainment entrepreneur with more than 12 years of industry experience. Beginning in 2010, she launched two urban music competitions that changed the face of Nashville's music scene and expanded into several countries around the world. Coko was later nominated in Billboard's 30 under 30 publication and also won Nashville's 40 under 40 award in 2014. Her events sparked a new startup idea and she has now transitioned into the tech industry with a creative way to engage with audiences and to enhance live experiences.
Coko currently serves as the founder of MILK. MILK is a mobile application that rewards you whenever you refrain from using your phone in places or situations where you shouldn't such as: movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment venues, automobiles and more. Users can activate the app, refrain from using their phone and once their experience is over, check their points and redeem them instantly for rewards.
Coko was inspired to create MILK in order to encourage the world to return to real life connections and interactions. Her mission is to start a movement where millions of people pledge to put their phones down and start enjoying the important things in life. She also foresees the MILK app becoming one of the leading applications in Mobile Marketing Automation, Customer Data Analytics and Indoor Location Services.
