The Code2040 Summit

The movement for racial equity in the innovation economy advances through community-driven support, advocacy and empowerment. We believe that we all succeed when people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives have a seat at the table and we believe intentional efforts must be made to bridge the gap of opportunity and access for underrepresented communities.

Join us on July 28th and 29th for the annual Code2040 Summit and embrace this year's theme, Community Rising. Code2040 creates pathways for Black and Latinx communities to access and thrive as tech professionals and innovators. Our growing community is critical in the advancement of our mission and in creating systemic changes across the industry that will facilitate a new generation of diverse talent and leadership.
