These processes, systems, and practices are the collective dreams and wisdom of countless individuals. Creating and implementing them is some of the hardest and unbelievably rewarding work of our Code2040 team. They were shaped and shifted by endless amounts of mistakes and learnings. They were labored over, iterated on, and sometimes retired and brought back again. They were informed by incredible tech activists, our Fellows, our company partners, by Black and Latinx movement leaders, dreamers, and authors.

So many employees contributed to these through their hard work, imagination, and hearts. These systems were shaped not only by the people who formally designed them, but by the employees who used them, challenged them, gave feedback, and made them better. Thank you for contributing to a workplace where we could try these things. Thank you for dreaming with us.

We’d like to especially recognize the following people for their work in the design, creation, and implementation of these policies and practices.
