For more than a decade, Code2040 has centered innovation and radical imagination in our support of a vibrant community of over 10,000 Black and Latinx technologists. We have always believed this is the community that will shape our future. Read from the archives about our work over the last 15 years, ranging from our critique of techo-facism, to the brilliance of thousands of Fellows throughout the years, to the ways that alumni, mentors and volunteers continue to pressure and guide the tech industry into a more community-oriented, equitable and socially conscious site of creation, tools and thought. Despite the many obstacles and challenges our community has faced, the stories and anecdotes here exemplify the ways we resist, we imagine and we continue to work for transformation of ourselves and our world.
