In case you forgot how Code2040 IRL rolls, here's what you’ve got to know:
Community care, first & foremost. We will be providing rapid COVID-19 tests at the entrance for you to test prior to coming in. There will be masks and hand sanitizer available, and the event is entirely outside on a rooftop :) If you are feeling any symptoms of illness (COVID or not), we ask that you please stay at home to care for yourself and our community.
We got you on food, drinks, and music! There might be some fun swag, too... ;) There will be games and a variety of ways for you to connect and engage with one another so if you're feeling that (pandemic) social anxiety, we got you, fam! We will be doing our best to also create a Quiet Corner for decompression.
There will be a short talk from Code2040 staff, and the rest of the evening will be open for connection, playing, mingling, networking, eating, & dancing!
If you are a student, mentor, coach, volunteer, or alum with us: we have discount codes for you :) Please contact Navi on the Code2040 Family Slack workspace before purchasing your ticket and/or re-read your emails from your program leads if you are in a current program with us.

Venue itself is street level and accessible.
There will be non-alcoholic drinks available for those who don't partake. There will also be food available and we will be doing our best to meet as many dietary needs as possible.
